Parking Passes Available At Downtown Visitors Center Purchase quarterly and monthly parking stickers at the Downtown San Mateo Association and San Mateo Area Chamber of Commerce office. We are located at the Transit Center at 385 First Avenue (First and Railroad). There are two type of parking permits available for your convenience in Downtown Parking. These permits do not guarantee you a space, they are a convenience in not having to have change for pay stations throughout the Downtown. All time limits and regulations apply to permit holders as they do for any other parker. The $20 Monthly Parking Pass is valid at the Transit Center (10-hour stalls) and at the 10-hour parking stalls along South Railroad Avenue from 5th to 9th Avenues. The $120 Quarterly Parking Pass is valid at any downtown 10-hour parking stalls within the City's garages. The passes will now be available from the DSMA/Chamber offices with the following restrictions. They will only be available for sale from 9:00 AM until 2:00 PM on Monday - Friday. We accept cash or check. No credit cards. The $20 permit can still be purchased from Central Café, 517 South B Street. Both permits can still be purchased from the Finance Department at City Hall.
